Yes, we offer volume discounts for agents and builders who book multiple properties. Contact us for custom pricing of 5+ properties per month or annual contracts.

We primarily serve Middlesex, Ocean, Somerset, Burlington, Mercer and Monmouth county areas, however we do service the entire tri-state area (New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania). Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area of a 25 mile radius from Old Bridge, NJ. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location.

We’ll send you a detailed checklist upon booking. You can also view our House Prep page at any time. Generally ensure the property is clean, decluttered, all lights are working, and curtains/blinds are open. We can also provide staging guidance if needed.

We require 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 fee. Weather-related cancellations (for drone/twilight shoots) are always free to reschedule

We provide full edited, professional images usually in JPEG format ready for immediate use. RAW files are not typically included, but can be provided in their unedited state for an additional fee of $99 per shoot.
