The Insta360 X5 captures each room quickly and efficiently — there is no lengthy setup or specialized equipment required beyond the camera itself. Larger properties and those with select exterior scanning may take slightly longer.
Yes. A measured floor plan in PDF and PNG formats is included with every Signature and Premium tour. Essential tier tours include a floor plan view within the tour itself. Standalone floor plans from the scan are also available as an add-on for $79.
We recommend the property be prepared and staged before the scan begins. Moving furniture mid-scan can affect the spatial accuracy of the 3D model and cause inconsistencies in the dollhouse view. A printable prep checklist is included with every booking confirmation to help sellers and agents get the property scan-ready before we arrive.
